How about a Nextbase Dash Cam for Father's Day? Read my #Review and #Win your own!

How about a Nextbase Dash Cam for Father's Day?
Read my Review and Win your own!

Father's Day is fast approaching and as usual, I'm stuck for ideas of what to buy my Dad again. When Nextbase asked me about Dash Cams, it got me thinking of what a practical, useful and exciting gadget gift it could actually make. Their New Series 2 of Dash Cams are out now and they look fantastic. They have a Dash Cam suitable for all budgets too.

Prices start from just £49.99 with their 122 Model and ho right up to £149.00 for their 522 Model. We've been sent to 222 Model which retails at just £69.00 which makes it a great price for a nice reasonable Father's Day gift. I know my Dad would be happy with one.

For the small price of just £69.99, you get all of this for your money:

The Nextbase 222 redefines the design of a Dash Cam, with a new Click & Go PRO mount for easier connection than ever before. It has Full HD recording, coupled with a new design.

With 1080p HD recording and an improved 6 layer glass lens, the 222 offers full HD for everyone. Install the power cable directly into the mount, allowing the Dash Cam to be wireless. It's Key features: 1080p HD resolution at 30 fps, 2.5” HD IPS screen, 140° viewing angle, free cloud video storage at mynextbase.com. How fab does all that sound?

Driving has never felt safer for us now as our new little friend keeps a watchful eye over the road for us. The kids love being able to see what's happening ahead on the little display whilst daddy likes the fact that if anything should happen to go wrong on our journey, he'll have it all on camera to play back and use if needed at a later date which is great to know.

Dash Cams are sure going to help a lot of drivers with their accident claims this year.

I'm getting into a very nervous driver these days as the general standard of driving seems to have deteriorated, and a dash cam would give me a confidence boost because I would know that if i were to have an accident that wasn't my fault (I sound like one of those phone calls!) I would have proof that the other person was to blame.

  35. MY dad has actually been the victim of a scam recently where someone purposely stopped in front of him and he had no way of avoiding them. There was no reason for them to brake so suddenly. Luckily there were witnesses who saw what really happened so he was cleared of any blame. There won't always be witnesses though so with a dash cam at least he'll have evidence.

Someone decided to back at speed into my car when parked and speed off, no-one got their plate no and I had to pay excess and get the bumper replaced on my insurance, as it was literally lying on the floor! If that happens again, a dashcam would be good for getting the culprit!
