The Big Family Festival is coming to
Sutton Coldfield this July & we're going!
Now that the kids are getting older, we're starting to try different things and this year I'm pleased to say, we're going to be attending our first family festival, the Big Family Festival.
The Big Family Festival is coming to the West Midlands for the second year running to Dunton Hall in Sutton Coldfield. I for one am very excited about this is it's just down the road from us. I can't believe I hadn't heard about it before now, where have I been?
The West Midlands’ summer bonanza, Big Family Festival, is set to return from Friday 28th to Sunday 30th July. It's going to be set up across multiple areas including an outdoor Main Stage and a workshops’ Den. There's going to be a whole host of exciting entertainment for all the family and lots of cool activities to take part in. The fun's going to include, the kids’ favourites Dick & Dom (they're kinda my favourites too but let's not tell the kids that).
Another favourite of ours that will be there is The Sooty Show and Basil Brush, how cool are they?? With dozens of sports activities such as rounders, a Move With Peppa Fitness class and flag football too, there's going to be lots for the kids to do. There's also an exciting line up of the finest tribute acts out there, starring Rhapsody Queen, Black Magic Little Mix, Foo5ighters and Only One Direction. There are several ticket options available to fit varying budgets and timescales, from one-day tickets (adults £10 / children £5) to a three-day family-of-four camping ticket (£148) so you can go for as long or as little as you like.
The Big Family Festival is going to be our very first family festival that we've been too and we can't wait. Festivals like this are made to bring out the 'big kid' in all of us - hooray!
Disclosure: We will be attending The Big Family Festival to review our experience.
