ReplyDeleteI love dancing and running. With 4 children running doesn't happen very often so I try to dance along with the radio or get the kids playing Just Dance on the Wii to fit some exercise in!

ReplyDeleteI take the dogs to agility and spend most of the time laughing! There's tactics to get your head around, courses to remember and equipment to move plus, of course teamwork with your dog. The exercise is almost a side effect.
