Beef & Ale Stew Made Easy With Schwartz & Morphy Richards
I took one Morphy Richards Slow Cooker
And Added 1 Schwartz Beef & Ale Stew packet
Together they made
It was so Easy to make - anyone can do it. You will need the following ingredients:
1 onion, diced
175 g (6 oz) Chantenay carrots
450 g (1 lb) lean beef, diced
250 ml brown ale
50 ml (2 fl oz) water
2 tbs tomato puree
And then follow these simple step by step instructions:
Step 1 - Place onion, carrots and beef into your slow cooker pot.
Step 2 - Blend sachet contents with brown ale, water and tomato purée, and add to slow cooker pot. Stir through.
Step 3 - Cover and cook for up to 4 hours on HIGH or up to 8 hours on LOW, or until meat is tender and cooked through. (Keep covered during cooking. Cooking times vary between slow cooker models.)
Step 4 - Remove lid, stir through and stand for 5 minutes before serving.
