Review - Yummy Dough
Yummy Dough is Mouldable,Edible Modeling Clay. It's a fun new way to bake from Map Toys. I retails at around £8 for a tub which contains 4 sachets of mixing dough in 4 different colours. Red, Blue, Green and Yellow. The colours are nice and bright and the dough is easy to mix, you just add water and mix then use your hands to bring it all together. Once the dough has been made you get to mould it or make it into any shapes you want. It good old fashioned creative fun. Chloe and Lily decided we'd try out one colour at a time as they wanted to make it last lol On our first try we used the red mix and had a quick play with it. It did get a little messy but as my mum used to say " A messy child is a happy child" all was easy enough to clean up though. In the end we decided to just try some nice simple round dough biscuits as we were in a hurry to bake them and try them. We popped them onto a baking tray and popped them into the oven. Once baked and cooled we tucked right in. They're not the best tasting biscuits we've ever tasted but then again we didn't expect them to be but they were OK. They didn't taste bad, just like normal dough filled cakes i guess. The main thing was we had a lot of fun making them so we didn't actually care what they tasted like. If you like baking or Modeling then this may be something of interest to you.You can check out Map Toys and even have a peep at their own exciting, fun filled website Yummy Dough. I wonder what you will make?
Chloe enjoyed hers!
