It's All About The Gravy #Knorr #Review

It's All About The Gravy - Knorr Gravy.

Sunday's in our house are always family roast days, there's nothing we enjoy more than a home cooked family meal. This week was a little different though as our Sunday roast was on Knorr. Their innovative Gravy Pots have been awarded Product of the Year in the Gravy & Stock category and I was so excited to try them for the very first time.

The lovely people at Knorr sent us a wonderful fresh food parcel early Saturday morning. It contained freshly picked potatoes, carrots, parsnips, broccoli, a joint of beef, a gravy boat and a selection of their famous gravy pots.

Everything looked delicious and I just couldn't wait to get started.

We roasted our joint of beef in the oven and chopped our freshly picked vegetables in anticipation of trying our new Knorr gravy pots. In the past we normally use an instant gravy which tastes okay but it's nothing special really. It's just quick and easy I guess which is why I'd been using it so I was excited to try a new variety which was also quick and easy to make.

The gravy was really easy to make, I simply added the gravy pots into a pan of the required amount of water or in my case part water, part beef fat and stirred until dissolved. It only took a few minutes and smelt delicious, the gravy was dark in colour and rich in flavour. It really was everything that I had hoped it would be, perfect.

We've never owned a gravy boat before so this made our dinner that little bit more special, the kids were all eager to have a turn of using it. It definitely made a change from our plastic jug.

Dinner was delicious and the gravy was perfect making our whole dining experience very enjoyable. Cooking a Sunday roast can be hard sometimes, when you're trying to time everything right and watch several pans all at once. Knorr gravy pots definitely made my life that little bit easier when I needed it most. They were quick and easy to use and tasted great.

Knorr gravy pots provided us with a homemade taste in a time saving pot. I scored them a delicious 4/5 for their ease of use, their fabulous flavours and their pure cuteness.

What kind of gravy do you use on your Sunday roast?

Disclose: We were sent our fresh food parcel for the purpose of this review but that doesn't affect my opinions expressed. They are always 100% my own and 100% honest.
